[REQ] Judgement Lien Collection Courses?

Looking into the collections business, any such courses would be helpful. I bought 1 book from amazon on starting a collections business, I believe its still up there for free. This definately peaks my interest as something I could do in my free time. Here in California theres no license even needed so I read.
