[HELP] I have a problem...

I paid $10 to ******* on Aug 17th and had access to the Donor area, but then it was not available to me the following day. Then just a few minutes ago I clicked on the "Join the Doner Class" and paid $1.50 for three months (subscription) to **********, and again I have Donor Access.

I would like to know why I had to pay twice.
