http://www.businessballs.com/index.htm- Gave me good info on leadership theories. The difference between a leader and a manager. What are leadership models, philosophies and styles (this helped me to distinguish between confusing terms and definitions you see in so many books).
- Gave me a good summary of the different personality types, styles and tests.
- A good section on how to 'build' a workshop and some good free team-building exercises.
- and many more.
