[HELP] Need help for my membership site

Hi everybody,

i decided to create a membership site three months ago using Ryan Deiss Continuity blueprint, but i have some problems concerning some points. I decided to go with a producer model and got the chance to get two experts for my membership site, but the problem is that they don't have time to do audio and/or video content, they only provide me with articles, because they're still working offline as consultants. But the problem is that a membership site with only articles is not enough because i planned to price my membership site for 97$/month. Also, english is not my native language, so i can't do interviews at the moment, i thought about hiring someone on guru.com to do two interviews each months, but i don't know how to judge whether or not the person i want to hire is good. Does anyone of you has experience on this? Also does anybody know a full membership site business training? Because Ryan Deiss Continuity blueprint is a little bit to light for me. I'm also looking for an alternative to expertvillages.com because expertvillages.com is down, if anyone know an alternative, could he/she share it here, it would be beneficial for everybody.
