[HELP] and [REQ] - Need help to identify a book and its author

hey everybody

in seven "Seven Steps to Seven Figures" by Dan there is a PDF for exhibits.
starting at page 161 till page 164, there is scanned pages of a book.
at the top of odd pages says "how free are we to act"
at the top of even pages says "thinking about losing and winning"

I thought one of them is probably be the book's title, the other chapter's.
I searched both titles and found nothing.

does anybody know this book and/or its author?
if so, is there any digital version of it to be uploaded?
