Oddly I get a error when including the term "lead generation" on search, maybe theres too many results. Ill have my real estate sales license soon. I was thinking where to start since my sphere of influence(friends/family) is small and overlapping with other agents in my family. I learned a lot from the courses here and am still running through some. My marketing budget is limited, I can get my fees paid, materials printed with a little left over for marketing. I got a big drive to succeed.
I see online methods of generating leads and have a tiny bit of experience. Getting websites, social media and whatnot I see as secondary priorities. Car signs, newspaper ads,PPC, Pens/fridge magnets, other signage and mailing campaigns cost lots.I don't feel like kissing random peoples asses in social place like church, gym, etc.
So I wish to make contact with a minimum of 100 people a day, motivated leads. Get a system in place, be part of a team and build those secondary marketing methods. I got family who are in the business who give advice. Active marketing like cold calling motivated leads with mojo and door knocking(along with doorhangers) look promising if done properly,3d yellow letter mailings also catch my eye.
I think I need more direction, lots I still got to learn. Listings look to be where the money is. I need to check the legalities of some marketing. Id love to hear from some people with experience. I purchased lots of lease purchase courses before, but does anyone know the process of selling on lease options as an agent since Im sure the broker will want to be involved.
I see in Craig Proctors course he uses attractive ads to get people to call him, warm leads I think their called. PPC/classifieds with an opt in works like this as well. Any other ways to get warm leads?
Whats a good open house strategy if I can convince other agents to let me do them for them?
What are some good lead generation courses? Does anyone have the main event of by referral only?
