[HELP] Please Help Me To Choose Domain/Business Name

Hi all....

After spending hours in research i got a domain name & business name which perfectly fits my needs.

But here are few points on which i need advice from some experienced member here.

- The .com version of my domain is already booked, it's booked since 2004 but the owner is not using it
- There are two words in the business name & domain. Both are very common & generic words.
- Say Word01 Word02, thus the domain becomes Word01Word02.org or something like that.
- By searching USPTO records i found that my business name is not trademarked, neither Word01 Word02 separate or Word01Word02 combined
- BUT...Word02 Word01 is already trademarked, which is the reverse of my business name/domain

So now the question is that...

- Should i go with Word01 Word02 and register the domain/trademark?
- Is there any possibility for the other business (with reverse name) that they can raise objection on my name
- Someone suggested me to trademark the domain name like - Word01Word02.org and that will solve the problem. Any suggestion on that?

I know my questions are very deep and long, but i will highly appreciate if anyone can help me out on this issue.
