compression, but rebooting and re-trying setup seems to fix the issue.
If the problem persists in future, I may resort back to the install.wim
and large versions with monthly patches. I only noticed this in the x64
version, but it's possible it could be present in the x86 version as well.
If I do resort to install.wim versions in the future, I'd likely start
a separate pro single-index version like I did with win8.0. I re-integrated
everything on the x64 and the problem did not seem to disappear, but like
I said; it's rare and reboot fixes it.

In one of his recent talks, Dan Kennedy mentioned a product he used to sell to chiropractors between 1983 and 1989. It was called "How to Talk to Your Patients About Referrals."

The product apparently contained three audio tapes and a workbook. The audio tapes included one that explained why referrals are so important, one that talked about 5 scripts to use when talking with patients, and a subliminal messages tape. The workbook apparently was about the scripts.

Does anyone have any idea where I could find a copy of this product?

How scoring is done in usmle. If X scored 260, does this mean he answered 260 Q's correctly?
One of my friends told me that it depends on individual subject, suppose If I answer 260 Q's correctly and score zero in Genetics, my score goes down to less than 260.
Which is true in this case.
