Each year since building a team, sales have more than doubled while her work load has decreased to less than 20 hours per week. Melanie and her husband, Chris, have built teams for their other businesses as well, with equal success.
Using the systems she created, Melanie partnered with a company in another state to help them build an Amazon business, and in just 10 hours she trained a team of 6 people to independently receive, process and ship FBA inventory.

Since he had a teaching job until the end of May 2016, building a team was a critical component in the growth of his business.
